What is coaching?
Coaching is a goal oriented partnership that — through some tailored tools and self-knowledge activities — will help you achieve what you want.
I don’t have the answers for the questions you’ve been carrying around, but I am the person who will help you come up with all of them.

Why should I have a coach?
To improve your self-knowledge and achieve what you are procrastinating or struggling with.
To accomplish anything in life, there are 3 steps to be followed, which are:
Focus

To be focused you need to know where you are (Point A) and where do you want to be (Point B).

In case you are feeling lost and does not know where to go, finding your point B can be a valuable goal for our partnership.
Planning

You might know what you want (point B), but is struggling to develop a structured plan in order to achieve it.

How can I get there?

Why did you choose trailing spouses as your niche?
Because I’ve been a trailing spouse since 2014. So far, it’s been 5 moves, 3 continents, 2 kids and lots of challenges along the way. I know being an expat can involve a sense of loneliness, lack of direction, loss of identity, cultural shock, difficulty with another language, just to name a few.
But the good news is: far from everything and everyone you were used to, it is the perfect time to invest in yourself. You’ve taken the first step when you left your country and your comfort zone.
Now it’s time to take advantage of it, and turn all those challenges into an opportunity. I am here to hold your hand and guide you through this process.
How does it work?
Sessions
The process consists of 10 individual sessions, up to one hour each
Periodicity
It can be once a week or once every 2 weeks. Which means the process can take from 3 up to 5 months.

Our meetings will be online, via google meets
Languages
I can coach you in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
