What Paralyzes You Can Also Propel You

What Paralyzes You Can Also Propel You

Yesterday, I was talking to my husband, and he congratulated me on having the courage to start creating content on Instagram. And for two reasons. First, because starting something on your own—putting yourself out there—is challenging. And second, because there’s still a lot of prejudice surrounding the coaching profession.
Since coaching is an unregulated field, there are no barriers to entry. Anyone can call themselves a coach and begin their journey.

I understand the skepticism. In the past, whenever I heard someone dismissing the profession, it really got to me. But over time, I realized that the issue wasn’t what others were saying—it was how I interpreted their words.
As I started working with more clients and seeing real results, I grew stronger. I acknowledge that prejudice exists, but I also know the incredible impact that well-executed coaching can have on people’s lives. And with that clarity—rooted in tangible results—the skepticism no longer paralyzes me.
In fact, it fuels me. It gives me even more motivation to keep going because I want to show more people just how transformative this process can be.

My goal is to provide value not only to those who already recognize the power of coaching but also to those open to challenging their preconceived notions.

Coaching is about diving deep within yourself and gaining clarity on where you truly want to go. It’s a process that helps you achieve your own version of success—whatever that may mean to you.
I don’t know what internal battles you’re facing right now, but remember: what paralyzes you today might be exactly what propels you forward tomorrow.
